1 tbsp brown sugar

How to Make Meatloaf
Start by preheating your oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a large bowl, combine all the meatloaf ingredients and mix gently until just combined. Avoid overmixing, as this can make the meatloaf dense.

Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish or loaf pan.

Prepare the glaze by mixing ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard, then spread it evenly over the top.

Bake for 45 to 55 minutes, or until fully cooked. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Boil peeled and chopped potatoes in salted water until tender, then drain and mash them. Add butter and milk, mixing until smooth and creamy. Season with salt to taste.

To make the gravy, melt butter in a pan and stir in flour. Cook for a minute, then slowly whisk in beef broth.

Let it simmer until thickened, then season with salt and pepper.
