It is not only practical, but also extremely effective. The ice cubes melt slowly, so the water gradually seeps down to the roots, avoiding the risk of overwatering. The result? Blooming, vibrant orchids!

Even water supply: The ice melts slowly, allowing the water to gradually flow down to the plant’s roots, preventing the water from suddenly reaching the bottom of the pot.
