Sticky Sweet Chilli Honey Pepper Steak Wok Bowl with Jasmine Rice

Ingredients:
1.5 lbs beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 medium onion, slice
Equipment Needed
Cookware: One medium pot with a tight-fitting lid, one large wok or deep skillet.
Utensils: Chef's knife, cutting board, measuring spoons, mixing bowl, tongs, and a wooden spoon or spatula.
Step 1: Prepare the Jasmine Rice
Measure 1.5 cups of jasmine rice and rinse it under cold water until the water runs clear.
Combine the rinsed rice with 2 cups of water and a pinch of salt in your medium pot.
Bring the water to a boil over high heat.
