2 lb pork ribs
1 cup BBQ sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp mustard
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Rub the ribs with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Cover and bake at 300°F for 2 hours. Mix BBQ sauce, brown sugar, and mustard. Brush the ribs generously with the sauce and bake uncovered at 400°F for 15–20 minutes until caramelized and slightly charred on the edges.
3. Asian Sweet Chili Pork Ribs
Ingredients:
2 lb pork ribs
1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp ginger
1 tbsp lime juice
Sesame seeds and green onions
Instructions:
Season the ribs lightly with salt and pepper. Bake covered at 300°F for 2 hours. In a small pan, combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and lime juice. Simmer for a few minutes. Brush the ribs with the glaze and bake uncovered until shiny and sticky. Serve with rice or vegetables.
4. Lemon Herb Garlic Pork Ribs
Ingredients:
2 lb pork ribs
3 tbsp melted butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp rosemary or thyme
Salt and black pepper to taste
Roasted potatoes for serving
