Fry in medium heat oil until golden and crispy.Beef Samosa
Ingredients
Dough / Wrappers
• 2 cups flour
• 2 tbsp oil
• 1/2 tsp salt
• Water (to mix)
Beef Filling
• 300g minced beef
• 1 onion (chopped)
• 1 carrot (diced small)
• 1 tsp curry
• 1 seasoning cube
• Salt & pepper
• 2 tbsp oil
Method
1. Make filling
Heat oil → sauté onions → add beef and cook.
Add carrots, seasoning, curry, salt, and pepper. Cook till dry. Cool.
2. Make dough
Mix flour, salt, and oil → add water to form firm dough. Rest 15 mins.
3. Roll & cut
Roll thin, cut into strips/circles, fold into cone shape.
4. Fill & seal
Add beef filling and seal edges with flour paste.
5. Fry
Fry in medium heat oil until golden and crispy.
