2 Tablespoons Fresh Organic Papaya Seeds
1 Stick Organic Ceylon Cinnamon
1 Slice Fresh Ginger Root (about 1 inch)
2 Cups Pure Filtered Water
1 Teaspoon Raw Organic Honey (optional)
Instructions
Cut a ripe papaya and scoop out the seeds.
Rinse the seeds thoroughly under cool water.
Pour the filtered water into a saucepan and bring it to a gentle boil.
Add the papaya seeds, cinnamon stick, and ginger.
Reduce the heat and simmer for 12–15 minutes.
