1 Stick Organic Ceylon Cinnamon

2 Cups Pure Filtered Water

1 Teaspoon Raw Organic Honey (optional)

Instructions

Cut a ripe papaya and scoop out the seeds.

Rinse the seeds thoroughly under cool water.
