Cheesy Cajun Chicken Pasta Rotini with Garlic Cream Sauce

A light dusting of Cajun seasoning
Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Rotini
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, drain, and set aside.
Step 2: Make the Cajun Chicken
Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken until golden brown and fully cooked (6–7 minutes). Remove and set aside.
Step 3: Make the Garlic Cream Sauce
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (30 seconds).
Pour in heavy cream, then stir in cream cheese until smooth.
Add mozzarella and Parmesan, stirring until creamy.
Season with Cajun seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Adjust with pasta water if needed.
Step 4: Toss & Combine
